HSC 200 - Introduction to Health Education and Promotion |
Basic philosophy and practice in health education emphasizing work settings and health educator roles. Early exposure to the literature and organizations that support health education. Lab experience working with a practitioner. Students are required to complete 20 shadowing/professional development hours. Open only to health education and promotion majors and public health minors.
