TCOM 284 - Practical Aspects of Media Law
Introduction to practical legal and ethical issues facing media professionals, including freedom of speech and press, libel, privacy, copyright, and advertising regulation. Prerequisite: TCOM 101 or JOUR 101 with a minimum grade of C. Open only to approved telecommunications majors and minors.
