LSCM 453 - Manufacturing Planning and Control
Focuses on production and inventory management issues in the entire supply chain and the application of quantitative models and information systems and technologies. Topics include: demand management, sales and operations planning, master production scheduling, enterprise resource planning, material requirements planning, distribution requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, inventory management, and production activity control. Prerequisite: ISOM 351 or permission of the department chairperson.
