GEOL 240 - Geomorphology |
Study of landforms and the earth surface processes that shape them. Effects of geology and climate on landscapes sculpted by weathering, mass movements, rivers, groundwater, volcanism, tectonics, wind, and waves throughout the world. Regularly scheduled laboratory; overnight field trip. Prerequisite: GEOL 101 or high school equivalent or permission of the department chairperson.
