ECON 346 - Economic Analysis of Legal Issues
Applies microeconomic analysis to legal issues such as property rights, crime, contracts, and liability rules. Strengthens the ability to engage in economic reasoning by demonstrating its applicability to law and economics. Prerequisite: minimum grade of C in ECON 201.
