ENT 346 - Business Models and Innovation |
This course introduces students to developing a business model and minimum viable product (MVP). Customer development activities are used to test assumptions based on market feedback to develop innovative product or service offerings. Students learn about Lean Startup principles to make pivots and iterate on business models and/or product/service designs.
Prerequisite: ENT 241 and 341
