BIO 648 - Biostatistics |
The analysis of biological data with emphasis on study design, probability, parametric tests (t-tests, ANOVAs, chi-square, correlation and regression) and their non-parametric equivalents, error rates and power, confidence intervals, graphics, and interpretation. Includes an introduction to the statistical package R.
Not open to students who have credit for BIO 448.
