IDES 601 - Research Methods in Interior Design |
The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with quantitative and qualitative research methods and their applications to the built environment. Students will learn about the purpose of the research process, types of research methodologies and how to analyze and evaluate research findings. Students will use scientific writing, strategies for conducting research, analysis, and elements of a research proposal. This course may serve as a foundation for master's thesis or final project.
