Fourier Series and integrals, heat and wave equations in one dimension, Laplace equation in two dimensions, problems in higher dimensions, and numerical methods of solving boundary value problems. Prerequisite recommended: MATH 166 or its equivalent. Not open to students who have credit in MATH 473.
