PMGT 435 - Trends and Issues in Property Management |
Provides the opportunity to identify, research, and disseminate information on the trends and issues affecting the property management industry. Students will be able to demonstrate their ability to find and use a wide variety of resources. Prerequisite: PMGT 370 with a C or better; senior standing. Students must sit for the Certified Apartment Manager exam.
