Examines the sociological, political, historical, and educational perspectives related to education of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with exceptional needs, and their families. SPCE 215 is a co-requisite for this course. Prerequisite: SPCE 200 or 201 or 302 with a grade of C or better.
