EXSC 360 - Exercise Psychology
Introduction to the psychosocial issues related to exercise behaviors emphasizing intervention strategies. Covers information relevant to competencies related to effective exercise leadership as well as adherence methods and techniques for exercise participants. Prerequisites: EXSC 190 Min Grade C; or by permission of the program coordinator Exercise science majors may repeat only once. Open only to exercise science majors and kinesiology minors.
