Examines issues of adult education globally, nationally, and locally. These include: social justice and inclusion practices, understanding systems of power, the cultures and missions of organizations, current leadership theories, and practices in the management and implementation of adult and community education. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson or program director. Open only to doctoral students in adult and community education, major or cognate; other advanced graduate students by permission.
