EDAD 698 - Seminar in Theories of Educational Leadership and Management
This seminar focuses on theories of leadership, management, and organization. It examines these theories from a modern and postmodern view and leadership from behavioral, constructivist, and aesthetic perspectives. It focuses on effective management and operations systems, use of data and resources to foster school improvement, and human resource management to support school system instructional leadership capacity. Open only to specialist and doctoral students.
