Introduces basic theories and research of language learning, with a focus on learning English as an Emergent bilingual, by examining linguistic, psychological, sociocultural, and socio-political factors that influence language learning. Prerequisites: ENG 219 Min Grade: C or ENG 334 Min Grade: C
