EXSC 147 - Resistance Training Leadership
Designed to help students gain understanding of resistance training and the muscles associated through practicum application. Students will provide guidelines and practical experience for instructing safe, effective and purposeful strength and conditioning through a pre-existing exercise program for apparently healthy participants. Exercise science majors may repeat only once. Open only to exercise science majors and kinesiology minors.
