MDIA 499 - Applied Media Production
Each seminar class will offer a variety of opportunities for students to hone their skills while working on a specific topic, or topics, throughout the semester. Emphasis on creating media for external distribution. The seminar may emphasize one particular technology, such as audio, video, or multimedia, or a combination, depending on the project. Prerequisite: MDIA 330 or TCOM 330 and MDIA 332 or TCOM 332 and 6 credits from the following courses- MDIA 333 or TCOM 333; MDIA 334 or TCOM 334; MDIA 336; MDIA 337; MDIA 338; MDIA 339; MDIA 350 or TCOM 350; MDIA 351 or TCOM 351; MDIA 433 or TCOM 433; MDIA 434 or TCOM 434; MDIA 436 or TCOM 436; MDIA 449; MDIA 450 or TCOM 450; MDIA 451 A total of 9 credits may be earned, but no more than 6 in any one semester or term. Open only to Media or Telecommunications majors or minors.
