Course addresses the ethical rules and professional responsibilities governing paralegals and attorneys practicing in the legal system. Topics include the unauthorized practice of law, conflicts of interest, client relations, fee arrangements, confidential and privileged information. Prerequisites or parallels: POLS 140 and POLS 141
