POLS 241 - Family Law
The focus of this course is on legal issues that arise in domestic and family relationships. Topics covered include marriage, divorce, child custody, support, and adoption. Prerequisite: POLS 141 and POLS 242, each with a D- or better. This course is open only to Legal Studies majors.
