POLS 243 - Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
For the legal studies major focusing on litigation and related areas of paralegal responsibilities such as drafting interrogatories and writing complaints. Special attention given to learning the compilation of a trial notebook in preparation for litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Prerequisites: POLS 141 and POLS 242. Open only to Legal Studies majors.
