POLS 243 - Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution |
For the legal studies major focusing on litigation and related areas of paralegal responsibilities such as drafting interrogatories and writing complaints. Special attention given to learning the compilation of a trial notebook in preparation for litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Prerequisites: POLS 141 and POLS 242. Open only to Legal Studies majors.
