RE 230 - Real Estate Principles
Economic import of real estate, real estate characteristics, land-use and environmental controls, legal concerns of real estate, methods of valuation, mortgage credit sources, secondary mortgage markets and financing techniques, investment analysis, land development, and real estate operations. Prerequisite: completion of general studies math requirement or permission of the instructor.
