SPTA 608 - Sport Facilities |
Introduces students to the planning, design, and development of sport and recreation facilities and to the principles and techniques of facility operation and management. The course will cover specific topics related to facility management such as: organization and management, federal and state laws, policy and procedure development, risk management, financial management, and human resource management. Prerequisite: permission of the program coordinator. Open only to kinesiology: sport administration majors.
