PEP 227 - Introduction to Adapted Physical Education/Activity
Introductory knowledge of disabilities with emphasis on referral, placement, and programming in physical education and physical activity; relevant federal and state laws that pertain to the education and physical education of students with disabilities; and activity programming across the lifespan. Students are required to participate in field experiences. Open only to physical education and health majors, kinesiology minors, coaching minors or by permission of the coordinator.
