CM 230 - Renovation of Residential Structures |
An immersive learning class focusing on the processes, strategies, and documents involved in the renovation of residential structures. Interdisciplinary teams of students will work with local community organizations and agencies to develop renovation plans for existing houses, including the development of preliminary preconstruction documentation needed for this type of work. A total of 6 credits may be earned.
