HOSP 387 - Event Mechanics and Promotions |
This course provides an overview of special events, festivals, and community celebrations, and the types of organizational systems needed to produce and present them. It explores the management skills necessary to plan, produce, and promote events. Critical in this is designing events that are strategically sound, appropriate to the needs of the organizer, and cost-effective.
Prerequisite: HOSP 287
