CM 355 - Planning and Scheduling |
Planning and scheduling practices for managing construction projects. Topics include parameters affecting planning, presentation of scheduling information, impact of changes, and resource allocation and management. Specific emphasis on critical path method, network diagramming, calculations, and computer applications. Prerequisite: CM 104, 180, or permission of the department chairperson.
