EXSC 420 - Strength and Conditioning Principles
Advanced knowledge in resistance training program design and implementation emphasizing the physiological and biomechanical aspects of sport performance. Exercise science majors may repeat only once. Prerequisite: EXSC 147 and EXSC 201 or by permission of the program coordinator Open only to exercise science majors and kinesiology minors. Exercise science majors may repeat only once.
