FL 479 - Practical Experience
Non-paid, supervised work experience integrating foreign and classical language skills with career-related positions in international firms, the travel industry, and local, state, and federal agencies. Work assignments may be part- or full-time for one or more semesters in approved cooperative education (co-op) or internship programs. Prerequisite: a minimum of two years of university-level foreign language study; permission of the department chairperson. A total of 12 credits may be earned.
