Organization, administration, and functions of counselors, teachers, and administrators in guidance programs. Emphasizes evaluation and improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the guidance program in facilitating growth and development. Prerequisite: 9 or more credits in counseling and guidance courses including SCCO 600 and 606.
