SPCE 366 - Introduction to Persons with Physical Disabilities and Other Health Care Needs |
Designed for future teachers and rehabilitation counselors of persons with physical, sensory, or health impairments. Etiology, physical and social-emotional characteristics, and educational considerations and implications are emphasized within a transdisciplinary habilitative/rehabilitative team perspective.
Prerequisite: Completion of decision point 1; 3.0 overall grade-point average; grades of C or better in SPCE 201 (SPCE 302 for elementary education and secondary content area program)
