SPTA 303 - Sport Marketing
The application of basic principles of marketing to the managed sport industry with emphasis on intercollegiate athletics, professional sport and multisport club operations. Designed to provide students with a contemporary understanding of marketing principles as they are currently being applied in various sport management contexts. Prerequisite: SPTA 190 Min Grade: C-. Open only to Sport Administration Majors, Hospitality Innovation and Leadership Major, Sport Administration Minors, Sport Event and Facility Management Minors, Sport Sponsorship and Revenue Minors or Kinesiology Minors.
