ART 200 - Video and New Media: Introduction to Digital Art |
Introductory studio experience in the use of digital technology in the fine arts. Topics include an introduction to still and moving digital imaging, creative coding, interactivity, and other "new media" in fine art. This course will also trace technologically driven art from pioneering efforts to current trends and the central role computers and creative computation play in electronic art.
Open only to School of Art majors and minors or by permission of the instructor.
