Discussion of specific topics in physics, such as lasers, holography, and solid-state electronics. Designed for students not majoring in physics, the course requires no math or science background. Students may consult their curricular advisors or the Department of Physics and Astronomy for the specific topics being studied during a given semester. A total of 3 credits may be earned.
