AHS 201 - Approaches to Art History |
Explores historical and contemporary approaches to interpreting art with an emphasis on close looking, reading, and discussing critical issues in art history. Students practice writing about art from a variety of methodological viewpoints and work in groups to create virtual art exhibitions.
Prerequisite: AHS 100 and AHS 101 or AHS 100 and AHS 102 or AHS 101 and AHS 102
Open only to School of Art majors and minors, or by permission of the instructor.
