EMDD 212 - Introduction to Photographic Storytelling |
This learning experience will introduce students to the principles of using photojournalism, photographic images and lens-based work to communicate information to an audience. By the end of class, successful students will have a full comprehension of photojournalistic and photographic storytelling disciplines, as well as a strong foundation for beginning coursework in the photographic storytelling concentration, should they desire. The basic principles taught here are appropriate for all visual media and all platforms.
