Designed for all physical education majors and aquatic students looking to improve their stroke techniques. Emphasizes basic performance techniques in swimming, diving, and aquatic skills. Prepares students for success in the AQUA 315 (WSI) course. Prerequisite: successful completion of entry-level skills tests.
