Study of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and their applications to the architectural shell. Immersion into materials and finishes applied to floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry, and case goods. Selection criteria, green design, cost, quality, application, sources, and specifications are discussed and analyzed. Prerequisite: IDES 117. Open to Interior Design Majors and Interior Design Minors only.
