MDIA 284 - Practical Aspects of Media Law
Introduction to practical legal and ethical issues facing media professionals, including freedom of speech and press, libel, privacy, copyright, and advertising regulation. Prerequisite: MDIA 100 or TCOM 100 or MDIA 101 or TCOM 101 or JOUR 101 Open only to approved Media or Telecommunications majors and minors.
