EXSC 305 - Applied Exercise Science Skills |
Designed to give students a practical application of resistance and fitness training protocols for general population clients. Students will be able to provide guidelines and experience for instructing safe, effective, and purposeful resistance training and conditioning through a self-created exercise program for apparently healthy participants.
Prerequisite(s): EXSC 147 Min Grade C, or by permission of the program coordinator.
Open only to Exercise Science majors and kinesiology minors
Exercise science majors may repeat only once.
