SPAA 311 - Clinical Procedures and Observations |
Methods course to prepare speech pathology & audiology majors for speech pathology clinical practicum. Overview of professional, ethical, diagnostic and therapy topics. Observation of therapy is required.
Prerequisites: SPAA 101, SPAA 210, SPAA 270 and SPAA 371, each with a C or higher.
Parallel: SPAA 312
This course also requires application in the semester prior to enrollment and permission of the department chairperson.
Open only to students with a major in Speech Pathology and Audiology (BA/BS).
Minimum GPA: overall & major GPA of 3.0
