Positive psychology encompasses the study of positive experiences, positive character strengths, and positive relationships. The course includes a review of the history of positive psychology and its contributions to traditional research areas in psychology. The course concepts will be connected to students' personal lives through reflection, lifestyle changes, and deliberate practice.
