A look inside the video game industry from its evolution to its convergence with technology and its intersection with sports and sports production. This course looks at the world of streaming coverage of esports competitions and the importance of storytelling to competitors, viewers and the industry.
Prerequisites: MDIA 101 or TCOM 101 or JOUR 101 and MDIA 204 or TCOM 204
Open to Media or Telecommunications majors and minors and others with permission of the Department of Media Chair
