Explores how organizations can engage with customers in the digital age using social media and other modern marketing tactics. Students will develop strategies to target specific audiences using organic and paid social medial efforts, manage an organization's social media program, and discuss how to engage with audiences on the latest social networks.
Prerequisites: MKG 300 or MKG 370.
