Develops a student's understanding and knowledge of the competencies necessary to execute sporting events through theory and application. Topics covered include conceptualizing, planning, managing, and evaluating events. Students will plan and implement an event for students and the community.
Prerequisite: SPTA 190 Min Grade: C-. Open only to Sport Administration Majors, Sport Administration Minors, Sport Event and Facility Management Minors, and Sport Sponsorship and Revenue Minors.
