MEDT 406 - Medical Chemistry |
Theory and application of physiology, biochemistry, and organic chemistry in the laboratory diagnosis of abnormal metabolism. Experience with a variety of manual and automated test procedures, including preparation of patient samples, instrument calibration and maintenance, and quality control. Prerequisite: CHEM 360. A total of 10 credits may be earned. Open only to medical technology students in the clinical year.
