This course is designed for students interested in the psychosocial issues related to sport performance. This course will introduce students with both the theories and practices inherent in the field of sport and exercise psychology. The primary goal of the course is to assist you in acquiring the fundamental sport psychology knowledge needed in various sport-related professions (e.g., coaching, athletic training, sport performance, etc.). Exercise science majors may repeat only once.
