MDIA 422 - Advanced Video and Audio Reporting |
Developing and crafting news packages on assignment and under deadline for multiple platforms. Emphasis is placed on crafting engaging, people centered stories with purposeful stand-ups and compelling on-camera interviews. The course will include strategies for finding information from public records and databases.
Prerequisite: MDIA 324 or TCOM 324;
Open only to students in the Department of Media Multimedia and Broadcast Storytelling concentration or Telecommunications news concentration or a Journalism department program.
