ANTH 451 - Witchcraft, Magic, and Religion
Anthropological study of humankind's age-old concern with life, death, sickness, and the unknown. Discusses human attempts to control life through supernatural beings, prayer, sacrifice, and techniques of magic and witchcraft. Prerequisite: ANTH 101 or permission of the instructor.
