A construction product, process, or system is studied. Conduct in-depth research on an approved topic related to construction. Results of the research are formally presented to peers and faculty. Prerequisite: CM 222, 320, 355. Prerequisite or parallel: CM 400 and 420. Open only to majors in construction management with senior status.
