Students will analyze, evaluate, and critique the values inherent to traditional classroom management practices and construct alternate paradigms rooted in building a more inclusive and just community. This will inform pedagogical decision making towards a healing centered and restorative justice environment, leading to a more equitable and positive community in the classroom.
